My font was inspired by a really simple object, the cover of a sewer of the streets of Barcelona. This cover has a pattern on it, that inspired me and which is my grid for the font. This pattern has triangles, dots and squares on top of straight and diagonal lines that goes all over the pattern. I use a rule that every segment that builds every single character, have to go a full square, so, from dot to dot, never half way diagonals. I worked in a font that works when building a word or a short sentence but also that the single characters that works as an attractive abstract form or texture.
