The ICOD is an ongoing project for the European Union, that works in clinical trials in Down syndrome. For this project we started with a branding, but we also worked on a website (www.icod-project.eu), program, flyer and a story board. The characteristic smile of Down syndrome patients, is the key in this branding project, so we worked on the humanization of the identity. We created 2 identity options, the first one straightly based on a smiling face of a patient and the second and chose one, using same curved lines, rounded and positive lines that also are a simplification of ICOD letters. We created an icon of a person with a positive attitude. In combination with the text, the result was a professional and close brand.
